Mehmet Kaya is the founder and CEO of TurkishPaper, leading the company’s strategy and international expansion. With more than 15 years of experience in the paper and hygiene products industry, he has worked across purchasing, production planning and export sales before establishing TurkishPaper as a dedicated export brand.
He began his career in a mid-sized paper mill in Turkey, where he was responsible for coordinating OEM production for European clients and managing key distributor accounts. Over the years, he built strong relationships with converters, printers and wholesalers in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, gaining a deep understanding of logistics, quality requirements and pricing structures in B2B trade.
Today, Mehmet focuses on long-term partnerships, stable supply chains and consistent product quality, ensuring that TurkishPaper remains a reliable supplier for international customers.
