Elif Demir is the Chief Diversity Officer at TurkishPaper and is responsible for shaping the company’s culture, with a focus on equal opportunity, fair working conditions and respectful collaboration across all locations and departments.
She began her career in human resources at a large manufacturing company, where she worked in recruitment, training and employee relations. Over time, she moved into roles focused on inclusion and workplace culture, developing guidelines for non-discrimination, conflict resolution and transparent communication between management and staff.
Before joining TurkishPaper, Elif led diversity and inclusion projects for an international industrial group with production sites in Europe and the MENA region. There she gained deep experience in working with multicultural teams, different labor regulations and supplier standards.
At TurkishPaper, she ensures that the company’s growth in export markets is built on clear values: respect, compliance with social standards, and long-term, fair partnerships along the entire supply chain.
