Selin Arslan is the Finance & Administration Manager at TurkishPaper and is responsible for financial planning, accounting, cost control and the smooth running of the company’s administrative processes. She ensures that all transactions – from supplier invoices and logistics costs to customer payments – are correctly recorded and transparent for management and auditors.
She began her career in the finance department of a trading company, where she worked in bookkeeping, payment monitoring and bank reconciliations. Later, she took on broader responsibilities in budgeting, monthly reporting and cost analysis for international trade operations, including freight, insurance and export-related charges. This gave her a solid understanding of the financial side of cross-border business.
At TurkishPaper, Selin oversees invoicing, credit control, contracts and internal compliance, working closely with management and the sales and logistics teams. Her goal is to maintain a stable financial foundation for the company’s export activities, with clear figures, disciplined cost management and reliable administrative structures.
